Hygienic Process Valves


The Sterivalves range of stainless steel modular hygienic valves offers the ideal solution for the control of powders and liquids in the pharmaceuticaland associated industries. Most valves can be manufactured to meet special applications and come with an extensive range of accessories including actuators, position sensors, mounting flanges and control systems.

Free trial of the equipment

If you would like to see how your product performs on our equipment we are able to arrange trials at our factory completely free of charge.

We have tried to make this as easy as possible for you; all you have to do is send us a sample of your product and we will run free trials.

Customers are welcome to attend or we are happy to video the trial and offer reports based on our findings. This will help decide whether vacuum conveying is right for your process, and what sort of results you can expect.

The Lump Breaker

The Hanningfield Lump Breaker, also known as a ‘pre-breaker’ or ‘kibbler’ is an excellent means of breaking large lumps of agglomerated material

The Hanningfield Lump Breaker is used for reducing large lumpy material prior to further processing such as size reduction milling and fine grinding. The compact design makes the unit easy to fit within existing production set-ups.

The Lump Breaker is capable of extremely high throughput, up to 10,000 kgs/hr.

IBC Post Hoist

Post hoists are an excellent method of raising and lowering IBCs. The post hoist provides a reliable and repeatable function for the accurate positioning of containers in processing. IBCs can be lifted to an above room for processing or can be docked above a machine such as tablet press to allow gravity feed discharge from the outlet at the bottom of the IBC.
